Since our products are completely custom-made and handcrafted, returns of non-defective products are not possible. This is due to both production costs and the fact that each product is a unique design. Returns are accepted only in case of production errors, broken or damaged delivery. In this case, the product must be reported to us with photographs within the day it is delivered. For approved returns, new product production or refund is made.

Yes, we evaluate our customers' custom design requests. You can send your own design or share your ideas to develop a unique product together. There is a minimum order amount for custom design orders and pricing is made according to the complexity of the design. Production is completed within 15-25 business days after design approval. Our polyester cast products are designed for indoor use. Long-term outdoor use may cause color fading and material deterioration due to UV rays and weather conditions. If you are planning outdoor use, you can get information about our special protective coating options. In this case, additional cost and processing time are involved.

We can make limited changes to the dimensions of our existing designs. Very large size changes may not be possible due to our mold system. Yes, we provide wholesale service for corporate customers and dealers. We have minimum order quantities and special price lists.
