4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  • Order confirmation is sent via email
  • Production does not begin until payment is received
  • Order changes can be made before production begins

4.2 Pricing

  • Prices may be changed without prior notice

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product size and weight

  • Contracted cargo companies are used for other provinces

  • Products should be inspected during delivery
  • Damaged delivery should be reported immediately
  • If no one is present at the delivery address, cargo will be returned

6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

6.1 Return Conditions

  • Returns of custom-made products are not possible
  • Returns are accepted only in case of production errors and damaged delivery
  • Return requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery date
  • Returned products are evaluated with photographs

6.2 Return Process

  • New product production or refund is made for approved returns
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us
  • Refunds are made within 5-10 business days
  • Credit card payments are refunded to the same card

7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
